The Goodness Grocer owner Steph Martin had spent many years struggling to find food items for her family that weren’t laden with preservatives, unwanted chemicals and sprays.
Steph opened The Goodness Grocer in Waiuku in 2013 which meant not only her family could get these products but so could the public. The Goodness Grocer was an immediate success and the demand for expansion soon followed.
In April 2015, Steph and her partner Karl Kippenberger decided to fulfil the dream of opening a second store in Pukekohe. They found the perfect site in the present building, which is full of character and history. After some much needed sprucing up the second Goodness Grocer opened up with people queuing up for opening day.
To further the experience and convenience for their loyal happy customers, Steph and Karl have created another chapter in the continuing story of The Goodness Grocer. Beyond the two physical locations, The Goodness Grocer has now expanded shopping options to an online store.
Steph, Karl and The Goodness Grocer team are here to provide healthy, natural and preservative free food and grocery items locally and online.
